The cabal seems to been in a full on scramble to cobble together any kind of comms platform they can muster.
The SigInt array that popped up in Cuba coupled with the recent visit to Cuba by ES and that AZ cocksmoker Flake is HIGHLY suspect…as was Soweto's out-of-the-blue full court press to "normalize" diplomatic relations w/ Cuba there near the end of his 2nd term.
I'm going to do a bigger dig on the new Cuban SigInt installation now. China has been dumping a lot of financial resources Cuba's way. Russians as well, but more in the way of debt write off's (90% right of of a large sum…number escapes me at the moment.
