Can COVID injections cause aneurysms? I don't see why they couldn't via some sort of damage to vessels.

Related: Why don't we say 'I'm taking a vaccine against "flu"' or whatever the disease is? Why do we say someone is taking a vaccine FOR a disease? If you take a COVID vaccine, maybe you are taking a disease injection and not a preventive.
