I can understand making RRN not notable unless other sauce is provided…shouldn't that be with anything that's notable?

Aside from the billions of twats made notable it seems lately if a picture, a few words and the site is sufficient enough to be notable…even without noms…anons need to get back on track nominating notables and bakers/note takers need to stop making every damn article and twat notable
