Person Breaches Security Barrier at The White House, North Fence Line Closed
WASHINGTON — An person climbed over a security barrier on the south side of the White House Complex Monday afternoon.
The incident happened between the Ellipse and E Street.
According to the Secret Service, the suspect dropped a backpack and was immediately taken into custody on E Street by Secret Service Uniformed Division Officers.
The north fence line and E Street are closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

I have seen the same thing. I found myself always saying…wait…what happened to….? They would answer that has not been the case for years etc etc etc. It was these little nuggets of missing things that started waking me up.
