ok the heading is fine – its called “Statement of Election Contest under ARS 16-672”

 

So lets looks at that AZ Code (law) Section it says:

A. Any elector of the state may contest the election of any person declared elected to a state office… upon any of the following grounds:

  1. For misconduct on the part of election boards or any members thereof in any of the counties of the state, or on the part of any officer making or participating in a canvass for a state election.

(2 NA)

  1. That the person… has given.., a bribe or reward, or… committed any other offense against the elective franchise.

  2. On account of illegal votes.

  3. That by reason of erroneous count of votes the person… did not in fact receive the highest number of votes…

OK so when lawfag starts a lawsuit based on a specific Code like this what is the first thing he/she/it does? (kek) RECITE THE ELEMENTS OF THE CODE

What is the second thing he does? (kek) RECITE (ALLEGE) THE FACTS THAT SUPPORT EACH ELEMENT OF THE CODE

This is “Pleading 101” basics anons, So why do I mention it? Because this is NOT WTF her complaint does. Not even close. The stupid thing reads like a political opinion piece or a rally speech – read for yourself – as a piece of legal work to get a legal win it is AWFUL - and this is not the first time lawfag been seent this shit- no all of TRUMPS lawsuits were the same style – and remember what happened to all of them? THROWN OUT for one reason or another.

Para 13 –we got whistleblowers!!!!!!!!!! OMG what news what suspense!!! NOT! You don’t allege that in a complaint – you allege WHAT RELEVANT FACTS you believe you can prove…

Para 14 – OK here one decent sentence – “…permitted counting of ballots that did not meet signature requirements…” OK stop stop there – the rest is evidence for trial and is put in for PR nonsense – but in that it fails it does nothing to support the litigation – blah blah blah yada yada – why?

I do not know who or WTF is going on here but I could write a better complaint in an hour of work. Its really just a PR document and that pisses me off – this movie is not credible anons and sorry for the rant – the system os faggot

The Court originally allocated two days for the trial of this election challenge. That

allocation of time was based on the original nine counts of the Petition being heard. The ruling on

the Motions To Dismiss has reduced the number of remaining counts substantially. Therefore, the

original time estimate should be more than adequate to accommodate a full hearing on the merits.
