Why is he running again if he believes the elections are rigged?

Possibilities:

1. Republicans are going to pass voter integrity laws between now and 2024

2. Something so significant will happen between now and 2024, that enough people will wake up and vote for him

3. He knows he’s going to lose and wants to further demonstrate how rigged the system is

I REALLY hope it’s not number 3.
