Has anyone seen anything about this in any news media? I haven't squaton it this morning.
You know anons, since SCOTUS overturned Roe, they ruled against the EPA and in favor of West Virginia, they not only took the Brunson appeal but first took it under Rule 11 of the SC having to do with national security. The head clerk for the court which to my understanding is the Attorney of Record for the enitire SC calls Raylin Brunson to tell him the court is going to hear his complaint. The 10th circuit finally rules on Brunson's case. The SC Clerk calls Brunson again and tells him that the case no longer needs to be brought under Rule 11 and not only is the court still gonna take the appeal, the Clerk informs Brunson of other "things", they would like to have included in his appeal. They set J 6 for a full conference.
On the flip side of this coin is what is happening under the radar with the State Assemblies all over the country working with what I've been told, the Military, to not only put these non Article III courts and judges on notice that they are operating unlawfully and to get their shit straight or they are going to be taken down and tried in MT's. I was told by a friend who is heavily involved with this that the SCOTUS also was put on notice and that they had one more chance to do their jobs, do the right thing and set every bit of this shitshow we all have been watching, straight. He also mentioned to me 9 or 10 months ago that SCOTUS had secretly taken a case not directly relating to the 2020 election but indirectly encompassing all of it. He told me they had already ruled shortly after the 2020 election. He said nothing to me about Brunson. Saw him the other day when the Brunson case became public. I asked him about it. He looked at me and got this huge fucking grin across his face and only said, "It's happening". And now last night, the Chief Justice steps in and stays the lower court's ruling on getting rid of Title 42.
I'm looking at all of this and is it possible that I can allow myself to think that everything he's told me, everything that I see playing out is indeed happening? I don't know but man, how many coincidences can all of this add up to if all of these thing are indeed, just coincidences. Flukes. Something tells me that non of this is a coincidence.
