I call BS no matter how ma y caps you use. This was a midnight amendment after Chtistmas 2011-12 which the Deep State wanted hidden from the American People. This amendment will be among the first defenses that fake news-administrative state uses when they are charged and arrested for treason.

The Act, as it stands, now allows the Deep State to openly "propagandize" with the fake news any false information it deems necessary for whatever "national security" interest it manufactures. Why else remove the prohibition against lying to the American People? Why do it so sneakily as an 11th hour while Congress was adjourned?
You probably think that Schiff's failed attempt to amend The Posse Comitatus Act to specifically include the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps had nothing to do with the Deep State's fear that these Branches would be used for policing actions against the FBI, CIA, DHS, etc., and the Deep State fear that evidence obtained by U.S. Military Intelligence during the 2018, 2020 and 2022 elections would be admissible in trials against these enemy combatants during Military Tribunals?

Anything they directly, or indirectly via leaks, told the press supporting any/all false narratives created to deceive the American People, e.g., Trump was/is a Russian agent or colluded with Russia, all Plandemic/Vaxx lies by Fraudci, et al, all lies about "Climate Change"….FFS, 99% of EVERYTHING out of the Deep State's Ministry of Truth. Basically, everything which earned The Big Six Corporation's 90% of ALL media, the moniker "Fake News".
If competing opinions or critiques of "consensus science" are NOT approved for publication in the same peer review platforms which readily embrace the scientific consesus, the once constant evolution of science via a healthy exchange of competing or variant views, will begin to stagnate into a scientific echo chamber.
This is exactly the phenomenon which stunted or chilled the initial breakthrough of quantum physics. The concept of quantum entanglement's (quantum physics) chief proponent was Neils Bohr, a contemporary of Einstein's, and Einstein and others, argued against the phenomenon as "spooky action at a distance." Einstein was so virulently opposed to the theory that mainstream science and peer reviewed publications adopted this unscientific dismissal of this alternative view which stood classic physics on its head. QE even challeged physics' sacred cow, "The Scientific Method." Primarily because it was found that the scientist-observer's OWN CONSCIOUSNESS could affect the outcome of repeated experiments when everything else was held constant.
Because Einstein, the "Golden Boy" of Physics" dismissed QE as "spooky", the scientific community IGNORED quantum science for the NEXT 80 YEARS.
Only now, in 2022, is it finally being taken seriously.
