Anon isn't legal fag, but anon would ask if the court was in the right or not. PDJT's team filed 50 gorillion law suits over 2020, and they were all dismissed. Were the filings terrible, courts acting badly, or combination of both?
If the point of all this is to show just how bad things are in the legal sense, then I'd say people should have gotten the message by now, but I know legalfags that have laid down some knowledge to anon that point the finger toward the filing more than the courts. That's not as to say that said legalfags don't have a vested interest in proving the system "works" inasmuch as people are flawed and biased; which, apparently, is defense enough for some to justify its existence.
I guess what anon's getting at is there definitely isn't a simple solution to the problem, and the few that I've spoken to about what's going on aren't being persuaded by the optics in the same way as anons.
