I don't think any vaccines are safe. A few can be taken after exposure or when a medical condition is already present and the injection is really a treatment.

You should be able to serve in the military with NO clot shots. If you stand against them, you are really defending freedom which is what the military is supposed to do. Difficult but real.

This is an example of a vaccine being used as a treatment. BCG vaccine is not used against tuberculosis in the US, but can be used to treat bladder cancer.

The vaccine mentioned at the link is a combo of all three, tetanus, diphtheria and acellular pertussis.
Apparently the US gives four different "tetanus shots" all seem to be called vaccines.
