I deal with -40 to -60 every year. Put on another sweater and wear some sweats underneath. Don't forget gloves and a warm hat. Cold can be dealt with easier than heat.
I've never seen it fluctuate like this either. 40 degree difference between two days a couple weeks ago. But I'm used to the cold.
