That is usually how Occam's Razor works in a group setting.
Everybody starts throwing shit around until something sticks and then you get the 'WHOA' moment.
I agree; it's aplified in a place like this and it can be frustrating having to wade through it all. But in the end, the fantasy shit gets ignored and logical explanations develope.
