Well, the Barcelona message begins with Solidarity in French, then it says BLACK TRIANGLE with a circle around the A like the anarchist symbol. Black Triangle is a Lesbian Feminist collective and perhaps they are also a French Anarchist collective visiting Spain.
Their symbol looks different from the hat. The lesbians have written Q7 which is interesting given POTUS last night with a 17 minute delta between tweets, followed by a 7 minute delta. Of course, Q7 may have occult significance building on Q, the 17th letter and 17's association with the vesica pisces which happens to look like a female vulva when her legs are spread wide.

A full moon brings light into what is normally the darkness of night. If you have never experienced this personally, plan a couple of drives in the country, one at the full moon, and one 2 weeks later. Get away from the cities and towns, and turn onto a country road with no streetlights. Turn off your car engine and lights, and get out and look up and around about. The starlight does not illuminate much of your surroundings but the full moon is almost as much light as a heavily overcast day.
