Chain of custody means shit if the envelopes in which ballots are stuffed have a window showing the vote. How easy would it be to remove 30 republican ballots out of a drop box of a hundred and replace them with democrats! This should honestly prove how unsecure and illegal ballot boxes are!
Interesting bit of testimony. The post office maintains an accurate count of ballots transfered for billing purposes. So has anyone gotten a hold of those?

I don't believe it was confidently established that the ballots were intentionally printed to 19" as opposed to the 20" requirement. Unless there is evidence we haven't seen.
