Judge in the Lake case said he allowed the case to move forward because no accusations of fraud were made. The case revolves around matters of law in election procedure, and plaintiff states they were not followed either due to error or incompetence.
So the judge is looking at evidence of whether or not the ballots were handled in accordance with the law.
Through that lens, I'd say the case is progressing nicely in Lake's favor.
