well a suit against a surety bond is a normal thing - which is intended to collect money which was owed by the party to obtained the surety (usually in construction projects contractor must offer surety bond aka performance bond in case the cease work or fail on project then owner has $$ to hire replacement and cover damages too)
i dont see how a "class" of persons would ever be big enough to justify that legal vehicle but anon may provide more details on reason for inquiry and give lawfag some hints… just sayin…
