They proved their two counts, and there is no way for the defense to counter the evidence of Injecting votes, nor is there a way for Arizona to prove that the delays did not disenfranchise the election.
The last witness was allowed to state, on the record, during cross examination that it was his opinion that due to the failures that took place on election day, that Lake was fucked out of the election.
The plaintiffs could never have elicited such testimony during direct examination.

It is very easy for lawfags and others to Monday morning quarterback cases. It is very different when you are in the heat of the moment.
Lake's team has not slept more than a few hours. They had little time to prepare. Anyone who has ever litigated a case can tell you that there is never enough time, even when you have a year or more to present your case.
