It's been noted on this board that Kiev is surrounded and will fall shortly and that most of Ukraine is without utilities and supplies. There was also a video earlier where General Milley said Ukraine is a lost cause no matter how much money or weapons are sent now.

Is it possible that this flag ceremony in Congress was to demonstrate that the Ukraine flag was captured by the US and Zelinsky was given our flag with a four star to represent a 4 star movie best actor for ensnaring his own people?
