HB 9366 aims to “amend titles III and XXI of the Public Health Service Act to hold vaccine manufacturers liable for injuries caused by vaccines subject to a public mandate, and for other purposes.” And so, if this goes through, anyone mandated to get the Covid-19 shot and subsequently injured would be able to seek damages from the vaccine manufacturers directly.
