Twatter can now be sued for falsely advertising that free speech is available on its platform? GOOD. SUE THE BASTARDS.
In my humble opinion, there should be two types of lawsuits filed: (1) by users whose free speech rights were impaired by Twatter's unfair restriction of the users' free speech; and (2) shareholders of the company whose income as shareholders was reduced by Twatter's unfair practices.
