He hires cool laser guys.
But they have to do stuff like use the internet and take a shit.
That increases general university expenses.
So the university TAKES A CUT of the $5 million laser grant.
That is AUTOMATIC.
The percentage differs by university, but it might be like 40% or so.
Then they put that in the general university fund.
A big portion of the CRAZY stuff is covered under that.
Stanford says don't say "American".
That's paid for by the general fund.
The "Offfice of Student Services" puts on a butt sex seminar… general fund!
