There was a guy, Mike Morales, he had/stil has a youtube channel with the best weather information ever. He was a lexicon for official paper after official paper of weather warfare. He would do the 15 day forecast based off weather control. He would look at bunker fuel in the ocean, and metal and chemical contents in the sky and predict the weather so accurately, and hurricanes as well. Seems his youtube channel is been reduced to simple videos of his life now. His wife had health problems and his immense knowledge made him jaded. I wish I had taken the time to write down all the amazing references and knowledge he shared throughout the years. I failed.
