From what I understand from interviews by Loy Brunson, the case will be conferenced for a ruling, yea or nay. There will be no oral arguments as the Solicitor General waived all rights for all 338 defendants in their response to complainant's motion.
The SCOTUS also take oaths and from what I've heard, they have been put on notice. Do your job, honor your oath and do what is right or you will be taken down. Look for a 8-0 ruling in favor of Brunson. KJB is disqualified as her appointment and confirmation was an unlawful act commited by defendants. Yea or nay, defendants are removed.
