The military entered the stage when we learned DOD was active on twitter. We haven't seen anything to suggest they targeted Americans, but I'm not sure how legal it is to be running narrative propaganda ops on a platform where Americans are present.

If it should be shown that DOD was in collusion with FBI/DOJ in the social media environment, or that crimes were committed by the military in these environments, I believe JAG could act on that to arrest military actors. If they were to arrest military actors, it would spill over to the civilian actors in the same moment.

USCG could arrest civilians to put them into the federal system while it is sorted out who is an enemy combatant. I could see this taking another two years, but I'm going to need some convincing begore I could believe the country can take another two years…
