That's not the goal of a Constitutional Republic. Rather, it is applying the rule of law in a just and ethical way, such that those who break it are truly brought to justice.

Right now, the rule of law is often ignored. That is the problem. Reinstituting the rule of law and applying it based on Constitutional principles is what restores our integrity as a nation.
