My 2c:
Board was under heavy DDoS attack at that time.
Q needed to test how long a post takes from when he hits enter until it registers on the board, in order to deliver accurate messages via the time-stamp.
The delta from a past POTUS tweet to a Q post on the board serves as an index to look up a past Q post. (But I don't know quite how this works).
Isn't it obvious in light of Q's GA post just now:

that the Secure Drop that Snowden (former CIA contractor) was going to use, created by or operated by the self-suicided former Marine Dolan, was in fact operated by/for the blackhat division of the CIA?
So further drops by Mr. Contractor Snowden had to be prevented because they would do further irreparable harm to the nation?
My context for saying this is based on Q's previous posts painting Snowden as a /badguy/ who harmed our nation's security.
