Interesting. I'd buy that. Also looks like meter is spelled metor. But many people, even very smart and/or well educated ones, are not good spellers. And homophones are a frequent errors even for strong spellers. All in all my sense is that the writer is well-versed in English, could be their native language, or perhaps a young person who speaks another language at home, but was taught English at school. Was a little bit impressed circuit is spelled correctly. I know adults who couldn't spell circuit. Also feel if written by a youngster h/she would be fifth grade or older. The English is good enough that the writer would not be in ESL classes. They pass out of those classes once they reach a certain level in English proficiency, and since writing is harder than speaking, I would imagine if not a native English speaker, the writer was sufficiently well versed for regular classes. Whether boy or girl, whether native English speaker or English as Second Language Learner, the list seems dictated and then notes were made in Arabic. Would lay a paycheck that the writer in English is one writer and the writer in Arabic another โ€“an adult.
