If Q were to know that all these judges wouldn't be able to do the right thing (for one reason or another) it's because Q knew that they were never able to do the right thing (for one reason or another). Which means it's always worked this way, and it would continue to work this way no matter what.
What you are seeing is a staged play to show you what many have (likely) already tried in efforts to bring the country back to what it is supposed to be. And what you are seeing is what those people went though in trying to do the right thing, the challenges they faced, and the end result(s) of their efforts to bring about change as things got way too out of hand.

Why do you think they kept that very important power delegated to the states?
Would it be justful and constitutional to correct it?

If the current system of elections dictated by the state do not accurately represent the will of the people, then how could that system be corrected?
Who would have to be in power in order to make the correction to the system acceptable by all?
