Not bad advice. When I said hopium I was just trying to use the cool kids slang. I meant that I needed something anything to give me hope that we won't end up in the dystopian world they are trying to create.
I used to like Canada but a few years ago I would have grieved at the idea of Canada no longer existing. But now it seems preferable to the smug NPCs and corrupt politicians wearing the skin of a dead country and pretending things are great.
