Sadly, we took a giant loss today with the Lake Judgement. Team Lake is going to need to win on appeal or it will only continue to go straight to hell from that point on.
We have been getting our asses kicked badly for a very long time. No doubt about that.

However, we have to see how the appeal goes, and the judge did leave room for an appeal. I have had judgements reversed on appeal, so it is possible.
I just don't think that Lake can get a fair judge to hear the case and rule in her favor, but I admire her fighting spirit.
