They were saying they had put in FOIA request for swearing in papers and FARA for Lloyd Austin lll, Secretary of Defence. The government said no swearing in documents exist.
Soooooo, was Lloyd Austin legally sworn in as secretary of defence? CSPAN article says Harris ceremonially swore in Austin, every other article for predecessor say, swearing in ceremony, totally different wording.
