Q patriot accounts are a real test, because they are more controversial than regular conservative accounts. If Elon really embraces free speech, that's a real test.

The point of Q was never to be a 'happenin' event.' Why we are anons, working mostly behind the scenes - to get the word out, so the change that happens is organic (arising from an informed populace).
