Remember that tip about the whey? I tried it. A tablespoon into a pan. Don't let the fermentation run a full 24 hours unless you really like the stinky kind. It worked too good. I could've moved it to the fridge around 18 or so and been good. It works and gives them lots of nitrogen, but with nitrogen comes ammonia (NH3). fwiw
