Dreams then.
They were rare.
Barely rememberable upon waking.
Sometimes same dream repeated on sporadic different nights.
Many nights no dreams at all, that my waking conscious mind would know anyway.
Seemed more connected to my life than random dream stuff.
Dreams naow.
Random like you wouldn't believe.
No real connections to my life.
Almost every time, if I slept long enough to reach rem.
More real than fantasy like.
Almost like someone else's daily life experiences that I stand around and watch.
How long has this new dream stage been going on?
Since thinking about it while writing this…
…Ever since I turned off the TV a couple years ago and 6-12 months after doing so did the dream change happen.
A few years before turning it off, I would leave it on the local western channel as "background noise," growing tired of current entertainment programming.
Many years before that, I would only have the radio on in the vehicle I was driving if it was an interesting talk show.
I had grown tired of music and preferred my own thoughts on the road.
No "background noise."
Now since I turned it all off, my dream state come on.
My online activity is all the usual suspects since the alternative to MSM media has risen.
I don't even visit /pol/ that much anymore.
No need to really.
Much easier to find the truth nowadays.
Anybody else have a dream Awakening?
Is it something in the TV programing more harsh to our conscience than we ever would have imagined?
Or did I just reduce the noise in my life to have better reception in my dream state?
I say reception because now I think I'm just picking up others thoughts or actions of their daily lives.
I don't fucking know, I just know it's a major shift in my dream state and wondering why and if anyone else had an experience the same.
