even if we assume that what brunson says the clerk exactly said and how imterpreted by brunson (which i do not assume) its meaningless
the clerk cannot and does not dictate let alone reveal what the court might do
further even if they accept cert its ONLY on the dismissal for standing and immunity
only way this proves out is if its a rigged set up
