-Congress needs to do its #1 job - protect the physical, emotional, and economic health and safety of lawful citizens of America by securing the borders from invasion and punishing those who violate existing immigration law and those who facilitate the unlawful crossings and re-settlement of criminals whose 1st act in relationship to the U.S. is to break the law
-repeating over and over that America's "immigration system is broken" does not make it true. What is broken is corrupt politicians who refuse to enforce existing law, dismantle policies that were working, and actively encourage and assist millions of people to break the law by coming in through ports other than lawful ports of entry and In the processing making traffickers of child and adult sex slave victims, and drug traffickers, wealthy in the process.
Do everyday Americans have no recourse against Congressmen - "elected" or ""placed" "representatives" of the general public who continually and knowingly break the law under the umbrella if immunity? Against the wishes of the vast majority of constituents? No doubt profiting themselves in the process?
Dereliction of duty. Not just neglecting, turning a blind eye, but actually doing the opposite of the sworn duty / oath of office.
This is what the Brunson case is alleging before the Supreme Court in the context of named representatives who ignored evidence of fraud on Jan. 6, 2021, which should have at least been investigated before certifying the election.
The same principles apply here. On the ignored / actively encouraged invasion of America on multiple fronts - open southern border, visa overstays, catch and release, anchor baby industry (pregnant women on perilous passages, organized industry of flying pregnant women from China and elsewhere - housing them here - until they give birth on American soil to "American" citizen), etc.
Outrageous. Disgusting. Nauseating.
Duties ignored and actively acted against with "immunity" they also granted unto themselves.
Enough is enough.
