huh. i post an honest account from a rape victim, and crickets. interdasting. y'all do realize that the draconian punishments handed down for rape are relics of a time when women were considered property. they hung people for stealing a horse, too. the crime of rape was not even against the woman, but against the man she belonged to. IMHO, unless the victim is a virgin (good luck finding one), my own personal experience says it does not even rise to the level of a misdemeanor, let alone a felony.
