They destroyed our economy in 2008 but who are they and where did the term come from? Wall st. used accountants and CPA's but when they were caught in the act they started using Actuaries, but after they scammed us they started to us Quantitative Programmers. What the hell is that? Quantitative as in Count or Quantity. What programmers does not program counts and counters? Do you need a special programmer just for counts?
