Was just advised that the Unselect Committee of political Thugs has withdrawn the Subpoena of me concerning the January 6th Protest of the CROOKED 2020 Presidential Election. They probably did so because they knew I did nothing wrong, or they were about to lose in Court. Perhaps the FBI’s involvement in RIGGING the Election played into their decision. In any event, theSubpoena is DEAD!

Jan. 6 committee formally withdraws Trump subpoena
The committee has already published its final report and referred Trump to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution.
The House select committee investigating the events at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, has informed former President Donald Trump that it would no longer seek his testimony and formally revoked its subpoena.
"In light of the imminent end of our investigation, the Select Committee can no longer pursue the specific information covered by the subpoena," wrote committee chairman Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., to Trump's lawyers, according to CNN. "Therefore, through this letter, I hereby formally withdraw the subpoena issued to former President Trump, and notify you that he is no longer obligated to comply or produce records in response to said subpoena."
The committee has already published its final report and referred Trump to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution. It further faces certain dissolution upon the Republican takeover of the House of Representatives next week. Many GOP lawmakers have derided the committee as a partisan farce.
Trump celebrated the subpoena's cancellation on Truth Social, saying "[w]as just advised that the Unselect Committee of political Thugs has withdrawn the Subpoena of me concerning the January 6th Protest of the CROOKED 2020 Presidential Election."
"They probably did so because they knew I did nothing wrong, or they were about to lose in Court. Perhaps the FBI's involvement in RIGGING the Election played into their decision. In any event, the Subpoena is DEAD!" he cheered.
Though the committee had subpoenaed Trump in October, he did not comply and never testified. While the former president seemingly outlasted his critics on the committee, other supporters of Trump were not so lucky. Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon, for instance, defied a subpoena from the committee and was last sentenced to four months in prison for contempt of Congress. That sentence has been suspended pending his appeal.

Woke Military Struggling To Recruit, Will Now Accept Recruits With ADHD And Other Behavioral Challenges
The U.S. Military is struggling to meet recruiting goals across pretty much every branch.
Under Joe Biden, the Military has embraced left wing ‘progressive’ politics and this is surely part of the problem. The people who normally would volunteer don’t want to be lectured about diversity and systemic racism.
As a result, the Military is now going to start accepting recruits they would not have accepted otherwise.
…Under the new rules, a potential recruit who has completed high school or college or successfully held a job without counseling or medication for three years for ADHD would be able to enlist. That symptom-free period “is reassuring that they would make it through their initial entry training and hopefully have a successful military career,” said Army Lt. Col. Kim Helgemoe, a member of Pentagon’s Accession Policy, an office that sets medical admissions standards across the force.
A potential recruit who has in the past been treated for depression or other mental-health ailments, or has taken any medication for such conditions, can join the military only with a waiver. Those waivers can be difficult to obtain as they factor in the recruit’s health, the potential job and the requirements of the service. A recruit also may not be taking medication upon entering basic training, according to military guidelines.
Senator Tom Cotton recently raised the alarm about the Military in a column for FOX News:
…The Biden administration’s politicization of the armed forces has contributed to this disturbing collapse in morale.
Soon after Joe Biden became president, the Pentagon ordered an unprecedented military-wide “stand down” of service members to root out right wing domestic extremists, wasting 5.8 million man hours. The Pentagon then hired Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officers at salaries as high as $200,000. For the past two years, the Department of Defense rigidly enforced vaccine requirements, cutting off tens of thousands of service members from benefits, even when many have legitimate objections and are young, healthy adults.
…In recent years, the academies have also taught radical doctrines like Critical Race Theory under the label of “diversity and inclusion.” The Air Force Academy established a special “Diversity and Inclusion reading room” that it described as a “safe space” for America’s young warriors.
It also created an organization of hand-picked cadets – identified by a purple braid on their dress uniform—to spread these controversial ideals in the ranks. At West Point, cadets can now minor in “Diversity and Inclusion Studies” alongside cadets studying serious subjects like Grand Strategy, Aeronautical Engineering, and Nuclear Science.
This is a recipe for disaster and the Biden administration doesn’t seem to care.

Adam Kinzinger, back on the 19th of December, announced on Twitter that the January 6th Committee, the “Unselect Committee” as Trump calls it, would be referring four criminal charges against former President Donald Trump to the Department of Justice, saying:
“Our work on the @January6thCmte has led us to criminally refer Donald Trump to DOJ. We now turn to the criminal justice system to ensure Justice under the law. The American people can ensure he’s never elected again.”
Well, Georgia GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene saw Kinzinger’s ridiculous tweet and skewered it in an epic thread of her own. Beginning the thread, she blasted the anti-democratic intent of the committee, exposing it as simply wanting to stop Trump from running and saying:
Oh look! Crybaby Adam actually proved me right.
“The American people can ensure he’s never elected again.”
The J6 communist committee wants to stop President Trump because even after stealing the election they can’t beat him, so now they want to haul him into court.

January 6 committee drops Trump subpoena as it winds down

The House January 6 committee is withdrawing its subpoena of former President Donald Trump as it concludes its work.
“In light of the imminent end of our investigation, the Select Committee can no longer pursue the specific information covered by the subpoena,” Chairman Bennie Thompson, a Mississippi Democrat, wrote in a letter to Trump’s attorney Wednesday obtained by CNN.
“Therefore, through this letter, I hereby formally withdraw the subpoena issued to former President Trump, and notify you that he is no longer obligated to comply or produce records in response to said subpoena,” Thompson added.
The committee subpoenaed Trump in October for documents and testimony related to its investigation into the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol. Trump responded by suing the committee to block the subpoena.
The committee had already dropped a number of subpoenas related to other witnesses as it winds down its work. Still, Trump seized on the subpoena withdrawal on his social media platform, claiming: “They probably did so because they knew I did nothing wrong, or they were about to lose in Court.”
The committee wrapped up its investigation by referring Trump to the Justice Department for potential criminal prosecution on four separate charges. The panel’s referrals, however, hold no legal weight. And the Justice Department has already been scrutinizing Trump as part of its probe into January 6 and efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
A spokesperson for the House committee declined to comment.
