Anon has read this, found in the 1940s. Good set of books at this site, lots of insights - then, later, anon has found many of them, in Scripture!
One was Matthew 15:11 (KJV): "Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man." Saw similar in Gospel of Thomas, Saying 14.
Love the gist of it! Eat what you want (but try to avoid gastric distress, use discernment) because it's the negative words that you say to others, that causes sin. Try to only say positive words. A narrow path.
Gospel of Thomas also says the world is a corpse/body in two places. Aligns with Mudfossil University, Jon Levi, etc.
