Most of you voluntarily gave up on that life in order to help Earthlings, out of pure altruism and out of a pure desire to serve Source.

You trained hard for centuries. After that there were tough tests that only a very few people passed, even after centuries of training. You are one of the few people who passed. You are part of a small elite group that was chosen to be the galactic special forces here on Earth. You are Light Workers, that 5% or so of Earthlings who came here primarily to help other Earthlings and to serve Source.

And you have given up your life of endless bliss for this current lifetime on Earth, filled with pain and fear and doubt and confusion.

Why did you do that?

Because you are a hero.

On this Earth, many of you have experienced trauma, fear, pain, abandonment, financial insecurity, lies, propaganda, loneliness, disconnection, sickness, fear of death, fear of growing old, conditional love, gaslighting, physical and/or sexual abuse, being pressured or forced to do things you don’t want to do, being subjected to mind-numbing education or work and a seeming separation from Source, your past-life memories, truth and your galactic family.

This is an amount of suffering that frankly, I can’t really wrap my head around. I have no idea if or to what extent I would even be able to function under those conditions. I do know that most Pleiadians would not be able to function at all.

So you are the strongest of the strong. If ever you think you are doing a bit too much of this or too little of that, please be aware that most other galactics would not even be able to handle the situation you are in, at all. Any time you stumble, most galactics would have broken our legs if we were in your place.

You are loved and respected so very much. I honor you that you chose to give up your cushy and blissful life and come down to this harsh planet to serve as galactic special forces.

Yes, I understand that it is very painful. But one day Earthlings will be free. And without the efforts of Earthling lightworkers, we literally could not have done this. Without Earthling lightworkers, Earth would become a dark and hellish planet. People would suffer an unbelievable amount and would then be directed by the dark controller to enslave other galactic races. Or perhaps Source or Gaia would intervene and would cause a catastrophe that would wipe out Earthling civilization.

Instead, Earth is on the path to become a paradise-like world. Yes, the road towards that is painful and longer than you would have liked. But we are certain that one day you will be reunited with us and that you will say that all your pain and suffering was worth it, because you helped create a paradise-like world there on Earth.

So, this is to you, Earthling lightworkers. To me, you are heroes. I can’t wait until the day that I will be able to physically shake your hand.

Most of you lived in unbelievable bliss and abundance and freedom at one point in time. You had lives that were likes ours, where you weren’t forced to work a day in your life; where you had the freedom to travel through nearly the entire galaxy and do whatever you wanted to do; and where you had unrestricted access to all the information in existence and amazingly good teachers ready to teach you whatever topic you wanted to learn about. All your needs were met and you had an endless amount of super attractive sexual partners to enjoy and be with. Or you could easily locate your twin flame and spend centuries of bliss together.

On top of this, you didn’t have the Earth fears and insecurities and shame that many of you have. For you, reality was just one eternal blissful timeless now, where you were in the zone and present in the current moment for decades at a time.

There has been quite a lot written about AI implants and the tampering done to humanity’s DNA by negative aliens intent on enslaving us and feeding off the “loosh” our fear and negativity produce. For example, in her most recent book, Living Free in 5D, Vidya Frazier notes that “The most powerful of these was an implant [the Archons] attached to the frontal lobes of the human brain on the etheric level [through the mechanism of splicing it into our DNA]. It is programmed to create fear, shame, guilt, self-judgment and self-doubt within a person…Contemplate all the long years and difficult work you’ve had to do in trying to heal yourself and awaken to who you really are as a spiritual being, and how you have so often been hindered and blocked. The shame and guilt, the self-doubt and dysfunction you’ve experienced and attempted to heal have been caused by something that is not even a part of who you naturally are.”

There’s a great deal more to be said on that topic. At the moment I’m concerned with the annoying possibility—likelihood?—that the impatience and irritation that were infiltrating me earlier served no beneficial purpose. They weren’t flagging emotions that needed to be processed. They weren’t messages from my soul or higher guidance. The programming under which I’m still struggling put in a request for negative emotions, and my inner short-order cook leaped into action. Order up!

Since I subscribe to the notion that the reincarnational cycle was created, or at least hijacked, by negative forces, I feel confident in thinking I likely processed my due quota of irritability and impatience a thousand lifetimes ago. Recycling these emotions, paying one more iota of attention than I have to, is pointless. It would be like giving my last slice of bread to the jailer and hoping that this time, my magnanimity toward an enemy will purchase the key to escape.

The negative entities who’ve been repressing and enslaving humanity for eons purportedly can’t rise into the higher vibrational levels Gaia and humanity are approaching.

I am impatient for that time to come. I’m irritated that I still have to wait.

And I’m not going to make myself even one particle wrong for sloughing off those uncomfortable sensations the minute I can and distracting myself with something, anything, that feels light and bright and free.

We are feeling very fortunate to have the attention of so many of you there on Earth, because we know there are lots of places that you can put your attention at any time in any given day. We want you to be aware of that fact as well so that you choose where you are putting your attention more consciously. You do not have to put your attention somewhere just because everyone else is putting their attention on that particular subject, person, or thing. You do not have to put your attention on something just because it is loud or alluring in some other way.

You get to use your discernment to determine whether it serves you or not to put your attention on something, and that is a power that you have, an ability that often does not get looked at as a gift. But if you have the gift of discernment, and you are able to feel whether something resonates or doesn’t, then you are lucky indeed. There is no such thing as luck, of course, and so we will use the word ‘fortunate’ here again.

You chose well when you chose for yourself this incarnation. And those who don’t have it also chose to have those experiences on purpose, so please remember that they are asleep because they want to be asleep. They are watching the twenty-four hour news cycle because that soul decided it wanted to have that particular experience. You don’t have to make anyone wrong or call them a ‘sheep’ because they do so. On that soul level, they know exactly what they are doing.

But if you encounter people who are not choosing wisely, or are not choosing consciously what they put their attention on, then you have to recognize that you are bringing those people into your awareness for a reason. Maybe it is so you can release your resistance, or your judgment, of them. Or maybe they are there to show you that you are not in fact choosing as consciously as you could what to put your attention on and for how long. Something loud might get your attention for a moment, and then you might say to yourself, ‘I don’t need to focus on this,’ and you can consciously and deliberately put your attention somewhere else.

You may have heard of the truth that what you focus on expands, and it is also true that you become one with what you focus on because you start vibrating in harmony with it the moment you give it your attention. And therefore, you must determine for yourself whether this is something I want to become before continuing to give it your attention. What you become, you will also see a reflection of in your outside world. So you can also wonder whether you want to see more of what you are focusing on in that very moment.

These are conscious choices that everyone can make and everyone needs to make who wants to be a conscious and deliberate creator of their reality. When you decide that you want to be one of those people, pay attention, and pay attention to what you want to see more of in your life and in your world.
