I read of a researcher who was gay or trans (not sure which) who discovered that women who took DES while pregnant had male offspring with high rates of homosexuality and gender dysphoria. I think EVERYONE should have access to the knowledge of any chemical or biological damage so they may CHOOSE the best course of action. Permanent sterilization via cross sex hormones and genital mutilation that leaves one permanently unable to experience sexual pleasure in the normal way is severely abusive in my opinion if the person has not had genuine informed consent including knowledge of the source of their abnormal urges.
