LBJ pulled the same trick with former Chief Justice Earl Warren when he wanted him to chair the investigation into JFK's assassination and to rubber stamp Oswald as the lone assassin.
LBJ lied to Warren that the Soviets were involved (muh Russia did it) and to prevent WW III Warren had to back the investigation into a finding of "a lone gunman". Warren accepted the job, and per LBJ, Warren was crying when he did.
Roberts ignored the fact that a dozen cities were already aflame that strange and surreal summer of 2020 c/o pantifa.
For the U.S. Military, SCOTUS's decision NOT to take the Texas case constituted a clear dereliction of its sworn duty to support and defend the Constitution and to preserve the Republic.
That was "Strike Three" for the Three Branches duty to investigate the innumerable claims of massive fraud. The civil side of Government had its chances to investigate.
The U.S. Military, along with its legitimate CinC, were duty bound compelled to take drastic unilateral action via Devolution of the essential functions of Government to the U.S. Military.

Please consider sending 2 letters, one to the Supreme Court of the United States and one to Loy and Rayland Brunson so they can get a count of how many letters were sent. The Brunson’s are taking 385 members of congress plus Biden, Harris, and Pence to task for their refusal to investigate factual evidence by over 100 members of congress that the election was rigged which is an act of treason and fraud.
This case uncovers a serious national security breach that is unique and is of first impression, and due to the serious nature of this case it involves the possible removal of a sitting President and Vice President of the United States along with 385 members of the United States Congress, while deeming them unfit from ever holding office under Federal, State, County or local Governments found within the United States of America, and at the same time the trial court also has the authority, to be validated by this Court, to authorize the swearing in of the legal and rightful heirs for President and Vice President of the United States.
