ANDREW Tate will be remanded in custody for 30 days, a Romanian court has ruled.

The pair have reportedly been under investigation for the alleged kidnapping of two young women at their villa in the town of Voluntari.

Cops said so far six alleged victims have come forward claiming they were sexually exploited by the organised criminal group. 

Today during a detention hearing the pair maintained their right to silence, reports the BBC.

Tate and his brother will now be held at a "detention centre" for 30 days.

Speaking from behind bars in Texas, US, Travis Mullis, now 31, told fox 32 how he attacked his son because he “started crying”.

He said: “He started crying. I tried to console him. Everything I thought would work didn’t work. Ultimately, I ended up sexually assaulting him and killing him. I laid him on the side of the road and stomped on his head until his skull collapsed."

The prisoner, who was 21 when he killed Alijah in January 2008, this week filed a motion to waive his appeals and to get rid of his lawyer.

Alijah’s mutilated body was found at 9am on January 20 2008 by a couple on a wildlife trail along Seawall Boulevard, Galveston Island, and was later identified by his mother, Karen Kohberger, 32.

Kohberger was initially questioned by police, coming under suspicion having failed to report her son as missing.

She said Mullis had woken, agitated, at 4am on the morning of the killing. He told her he was having flashbacks of childhood sexual abuse and was worried he might hurt Alijah.
