Try Hydrokortison cream, ask a pharmasist about it. Mild steroids, I think. I get rashes because of sunbathing (until skin gets tanned) and this does the trick.

also, giants in N-America but seem different, i.e. not elongated skulls things, something different.
ps - and no, not aliens beings, just different branches of ancient 'mankind' (such as neanderthals)
