Amanda Renteria's husband is Patrick Brannelly. He is program manager of the Tau Research Consortium which is part of the Rainwater Charitable Foundation. The consortium does research on PSP, a brain disease of the thalamus. Richard Rainwater died of PSP in 2015. Disney Group is involved in this research as well.
