>I'm beginning to believe He never existed.

Either Jesus was a fanatic or he was the son of God.

There are many accounts of Jesus existing. The bible is a history book. Case in point:

"The Garden of Eden was the birthplace of man"

Today, scientists agree that the area between the Tigris and Euphrates is the "birthplace of civilization". It just so happens to also be the location of the Garden of Eden.

So one of the first details in the bible proves it's a historical record.

>We have plenty of documented archaeology from around the world showing MANY civilizations that predate Mesopotamia.

"Often called the “Cradle of Civilization,” Iraq was home to ancient Mesopotamian peoples who developed the world's first writing, agriculture and cities, between 10,000 and 3,000 BCE. Powerful civilizations from the Sumerians to the Neo-Assyrians ruled the region."

Scientists NOW have NO choice but to dispute the original "Fertile Crescent" and will do anything possible to overturn the original Cradle of Civilization because allowing the bible to be true would devastate their entire careers.

Just like "climate scientists MUST prove that climate change is due to mankind and not a natural phenomenon.
