Had a week ago, going 'round these parts.
1-day minor headache / muscle cramping.
Took Vits, anti-inflam (herbs, Ibuprofen) to keep inflammation down, low inflammation diet. Chaga extract and Elderberry syrup.
Low energy for couple days, moved to sinus / mucous area (no drip, very thick), deep occasional cough. That lasted few days, then clear.
Slightly worse than a "normal cold", but much less than flu. Extreme exposure this time with continued close contact caring for two others with Covid.
3rd time fighting off Covid (two previous even more mild, sensed in muscles mostly after close contact w/ Covid positive). Nothing burger, but took seriously given it's a bioweapon.
Non-vax, over 50, healthy, smoke spleefs on the regular.
