KMAO… NONE of those things will happen. companies will not tighten their belt. they will not lay people off. they will not move to china. a tax on corporations nothing more than a disguised tax on the working poor. the ONLY thing that will happen is the corporations will raise prices on their products, and the working poor, AS ALWAYS, will be the ones getting screwed.
