Now that I am thinking about it. This raises a very interesting issue. A favorable ruling for Brunson would render Slo Joe's election null and void. If President Trump were to be reinstated, even after 1-20-23 then the question becomes: Does the two previous, fraudulent years of Slo Joe being in office count as 2 years of the 4 year second term for President Trump?
This is uncharted territory Constitutionally. The long held lawful view of "fraud vitiates everything" would render Slo Joe and everything he did as POTUS, unlawful and invalidated. President Trump would be, would have been in fact, the lawful POTUS these last two years. Wow.
Then the question becomes: Who decides and on what possible precedent, law, statute etc…. I know of no precedent for this. The 25th Amendment does not adress this situation at all. It appears this would have to rely on American "Common Law" on fraud, theft and who the hell knows what else.
One scenario: President Trump is reinstated and serves the last two years of Potato's term. Ron Desantis runs in 24 on the MAGA agenda with the full backing of President Trump, wins and we have him for the next 8 years.
Frankly, I fucking don't know.
